our last initiative to provide our customers with the world-class airport they deserve."

The new agreement is estimated to produce net revenue to the OIAA of $12.9 million over 10 years. Customer pricing will be limited to no more than 10 percent above the street price for food and beverage, down from 18 percent in the current agreement.

OIAA CEO Kelly Fredericks stressed that ONT passengers will continue to have a number of food options available during construction.  "While the efforts in our food concession areas will be significant, we are working very closely with Delaware North to develop a plan which will ensure that at all times throughout the construction process, our passengers will have a variety of high quality food and beverage offerings to choose from.  When complete, we believe the new food concession areas in our terminals will mark a transformational milestone for our airport," Fredericks said.

Airport Concession Disadvantage Business Enterprise participation will be 20 percent compared with 13 percent in the current agreement.
The OIAA staff also has begun negotiations with the Hudson Group to improve news and gift concessions and expects to bring a proposed agreement to the OIAA commissioners this summer.
