Amenities & Services

Everything you need for a smooth journey

Once you've zipped up your suitcase and arrived at the airport, you shouldn't have to worry about a single thing. And while you're at ONT, we take that mission very seriously. Our services are designed to make your airport experience effortless. That means providing access to hydration stations, nursing rooms, pet relief areas, personal protective equipment (PPE), and so much more. Take advantage of our services below, and enjoy the ONT experience.

We have 16 hydration stations between Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 where you can fill your water bottle before takeoff.

Ontario International Airport has partnered with UCR Health, the clinical arm of the UC Riverside School of Medicine, to provide private, secure, and fully-outfitted nursing rooms located in Terminal 2 and Terminal 4. These single-occupancy lactation rooms allow mothers to breastfeed or pump conveniently and privately. For your comfort, each nursing lounge is equipped with padded benches, an electrical outlet, and changing area. The private rooms are not associated with a restroom but are in close proximity.

ONT Nursing Room Locations:

Terminal 2 – The Terminal 2 mother’s room is located on the 2nd floor past TSA screening, across from Gate 207, next to the Women’s Restroom.

Terminal 4 – The Terminal 4 mother’s room is located on the 2nd floor past TSA screening, across from Gate 407, next to the Family Restroom.

Ontario International Airport strives to create positive experiences for every traveler, and by offering private nursing rooms to mothers, we hope to make each family's next visit even more pleasant.

To ensure that these rooms are accessible to every mother, our nursing lounges were constructed following the California Building Code and comply with federal and state ADA standards.

Pet relief areas are located both inside and outside the terminals. Outdoor pet relief areas are located at the far ends of the terminal buildings. Indoor pet relief areas -- known as "Barking Lots" -- are located near gates 210 (Terminal 2) and 410 (Terminal 4).

The Ontario-USO lounge is located across from Parking Lot F at 1940 East Moore Way (historic Terminal 1). There is a free shuttle service available from Terminals 2 and 4.

The facility has approximately 10,000 square feet of space that feature many comfortable amenities, including:

  • Comfortable television lounges with a library of films and television shows
  • A free library of books and magazines
  • Computers with complimentary wifi
  • A game room

  • A canteen snack bar
  • A family room
