Passengers arriving at the airport via rideshare will be dropped off at their appropriate terminal.

Once you've gathered your belongings and are ready to head out, use a mobile app from your chosen service to request a ride. Locate the "Rideshare Pick Up" signs outside of each terminal to meet your driver.

Ride-app companies' rates vary depending on your destination, time of day, and anticipated traffic. To help you plan your trip, we’ve estimated prices for three popular destinations:
- To Downtown Ontario: $15-20
- To Riverside: $30-35

Helpful Tips For Ride-App Passengers:
- Wait to request your ride until after you’ve claimed your luggage at baggage claim.
- Rideshare drivers are not allowed to solicit customers. Payment is made only through the rideshare service app!
- Rideshare services can only be requested through the provider’s mobile app.
- Before entering the vehicle, verify that the license plate number, car make and model, and driver name match the information in the app.

Taxis are available at the taxi ranks in front of every terminal, on the outer island.
Airport taxis are not wheelchair accessible.
Ontario International Airport only partners with one taxi company, Bell Cab. Their dispatch line is (909) 884-1111.
Taxi prices change depending on your location, destination, and timing. Reach out to your preferred taxi company for more information on rates and specific destinations.

Passengers arriving at ONT via taxi cab will be dropped off at their appropriate terminal.
Helpful Tips For Taxicab Passengers:
- Tipping is customary
- Taxi drivers can’t solicit customers inside the terminal. To obtain a licensed and insured taxicab driver, proceed to the taxi ranks in front of every terminal.
