Angela Lauber-Conroy has over 20 years of human resources experience as well as 6 years as an entrepreneur. Her work has spanned numerous industries including real estate, medical, finance and construction.  Her balanced background and expertise in all areas of human resources has enabled her to efficiently transfer all human resource functions previously managed by the City of Ontario to the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA).  Over the last 2 years working for the OIAA, Angela has led human resources and risk management in developing quality programs that have increased employee engagement and enhanced the OIAA’s culture including performance management, recognition, wellness initiatives, and employee training & development.
