Apply for a Permit

All ground transportation providers must be permitted and authorized to conduct business at Ontario International Airport. If you're interested in providing ground transportation services at ONT, please follow the steps below to begin the application process. 

Gather these required information and documents:

  • Company Contact Information
  • Insurance Broker Information
  • TCP # 

Next, complete the information below so our Risk Department can enroll your company in our insurance platform, PINS.

Once enrolled, you'll receive a separate email from PINS with instructions for uploading your Certificate of Liability Insurance.
