Application and Payment Procedures

Requests for individual monthly parking must be submitted either online or via email to [email protected]

Required Documentation 

  • Valid driver's license or state ID
  • ONT SIDA badge if applicable 

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods for monthly employee parking: 

  • Credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) 
  • Company checks may be allowed with OIAA approval 

Personal checks and cash are not accepted. A five-day grace period applies at the start of each month, after which parking access will be deactivated if payment has not been received. 

Online payments can also be made through the portal at parkerbill.com, which requires an email address to access. Written login instructions will be provided, and recurring payments are available but must be canceled by the user if no longer needed. PCI must be notified if payment is made for an account with deactivated access. Refunds for unused parking are not issued unless specifically authorized by OIAA. 

For authorized company bulk purchases, a designated company representative must manage all employee parking access. One consolidated monthly payment is required, with access valid for 30 days and requiring monthly renewal. Required employee information for bulk access includes name, SIDA badge number if applicable and vehicle details including license plate number.  

Additional Information & Contact Details

All parking access is programmed for authorized locations only. Prox cards utilize anti-pass-back technology to ensure proper in/out tracking, and repeated violations may result in automatic suspension. Cards are non-transferable, assigned to individual users and may be revoked if misused. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to:
