Jamaal Avilez, Chief Administrative Officer. Jamaal Avilez has over 15 years of public procurement and contracting experience. Ten years of his experience involved major airport development procurements at LAX, in which he contracted crucial Capital Improvements including the Bradley West Gates, Automated People Mover, and Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility. He leads a multi-disciplinary group of administrative and business-focused disciplines, including Human Resources, Procurement, and Risk Management responsible for developing, directing, and coordinating the execution of key initiatives across all business aspects of the organization. In his role, he will implement processes and procedures that provide support to the OIAA organization, airport stakeholders, and the traveling public.
