In adherence to the Interim Final Rule (IFR) effective October 3, 2025 regarding 49 CFR Part 23, the OIAA ACDBE Program goals are paused until further notice. The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) receives Federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). As a condition of receiving this assistance, the OIAA has established an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program subject to Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations part 23 (49 CFR 23).
