PFC APPLICATION

The Ontario International Airport Authority intends to submit a new PFC Amendment and a new PFC Application for Ontario International Airport. Pursuant to Section 158.24(b) of the PFC regulations, this notice of opportunity for public comment provides project descriptions, project justification, PFC level, PFC Revenue to be collected, proposed effective and expiration dates, and contact information.
