Elisa Grey

Elisa Grey, Chief Revenue Management Officer. Elisa Grey has over 25 years of experience focusing on business attraction, retention, of commercial development projects within the Inland Empire of Southern California. Ms. Grey has been involved in the development and management of numerous institutional developments throughout both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Additionally, she has been instrumental in initiating economic development programs geared toward the attraction of development opportunities to increase sales, property, utility and transient occupancy tax revenues for local government.

After 18 years working in local government, Ms. Grey moved to the private sector and in that capacity, worked with over 60 cities in a variety of economic development-related services. Additionally, she worked as a development consultant with developers and retail advisors in California. Throughout her career, Ms. Grey has helped facilitate the attraction of over 30 million square feet of new development projects including logistics distribution, shopping centers, commercial retail/office, medical-healthcare, hotels, and auto dealerships.

In her current role with the Ontario International Airport Authority as the Chief Revenue Management Officer, she has been involved with overseeing commercial development opportunities including project managing 4.1 million square feet of industrial development, a 90+/- acre South Airport Cargo Center, the container freight station, liaising with cargo carrier partners (including UPS, Amazon, FedEx etc.) and assisting in a leadership capacity when appropriate to help progress opportunities for increased revenue potential. Ms. Grey is responsible for revenue generation of more than $103 million and under her purview, oversees Concessions, Parking, Rental Cars, Airline Affairs, Advertising and Real Estate (in terminal properties as well as commercial development).

Ms. Grey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies and an MBA both from Azusa Pacific University.
